True North Lens (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information in the course of providing photography services and operating our website. 1. Accountability (PIPEDA Principle 1) True North Lens is responsible for personal information under its control and has designated the business owner as the individual accountable for compliance with PIPEDA. Consent (Principle 3) True North Lens obtains meaningful consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Consent may be: Express (written or electronic, including Smartwaiver forms) Implied, where appropriate for the service requested Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. For minors, consent is obtained from a parent or legal guardian. 4.
